Q - How can I cancel a booking?

Every venue has a different policy set to it. To cancel a booking, simply go to 'My Bookings' in your account and select the booking you want to cancel. There you will find a Cancel button option. Click it and that will cancel your booking. Cancellation will be done as per the conditions of the vendor that you accepted at the time of booking.
If you find any difficulty, please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your booking.

Q - What if i do not like the place after booking?

Well, we insist you to go and visit the place before booking. Check out all possible information, rating and reviews and also speak with the venue manager to make sure you know exactly what you are getting. Even though if you do not like the place after booking, you can cancel it anytime. Cancellation will be done as per the conditions of the vendor that you accepted at the time of booking.

Q - Do you offer refunds when I cancel the booking?

Yes, we do refund the booking amount after deducting the amount as per the vendor cancellation policy.

Q - How to use a coupon code?

We send you the coupon code at email & SMS both, Just go to your restaurant for which you generated the coupon, enjoy your meal and at the time of payment, show the coupon code to the billing manager & you will get the discount.

Q - What is the validity of the coupon?

Each coupon has different validity period. Coupons are valid through the specified dates that are mentioned on each coupon. We also send you the coupon validity details in email and SMS.

You can pay the remaining amount to the vendor directly.
